All meeting participants and guests are asked to contribute towards the expense of the bus transportation to Denali. The actual cost may decrease depending upon the number of people who choose to go to Denali ...

* August 7 Earth System Science field trip by coach bus to Denali ($50 per person)
+ adult guests (8 am - 10 pm including lunch and dinner)
+ children (under 12 free)
Once at Denali, you have several options:
* Denali - Guided Bus Tour (noon - 5 pm) ($20 per person) + guests or
Denali - Visitor center, shops, local hikes (free)
A breakfast buffet will be provided for all participants before the bus departs. A box lunch and dinner will be provided for meeting participants. Meeting guests are asked to cover lunch and dinner expenses:
Lunch at Denali for adult guests @ $15 each
Dinner on the way back from Denali for adult guests @ $30 each

Meal costs are covered for those who participate in the working meeting. Guests are welcome to participate at the breakfast buffet for free. Adult guests are asked to cover their lunch and dinner costs as noted above. Children under 12 eat free in most cases. Please plan to pay for guest meals and field trip costs by cash or check at the meeting registration desk in Fairbanks. |
